Our Story
Four decades in the finishing trade
Edwards Property Finishes grew out of a simple frustration shared by almost everyone who has renovated or repaired a property: too many contractors, too little communication, and nobody genuinely accountable for the final result.
Rather than specialise in a single trade, we manage the complete finishing stage of a project — plastering, painting, repairs, renovations and interior finishes. Clients deal with one team, one point of contact and one standard of workmanship from the first inspection through to the final walkthrough.
That approach has been shaped by more than forty years of industry experience across residential homes, investment properties, commercial premises and insurance reinstatement work. It has also built long-term relationships — with homeowners who call us back years later, with real estate agencies who rely on us to have properties ready on time, and with insurers and builders who need repairs documented and delivered properly.
